Welcome to the Online Hearing Test

Please consult with a medical professional for a comprehensive hearing evaluation. Once complete please ensure you get a copy of the evaluation and either fill out the form below, email, fax or post mail your results to my-hearingworld.com.

How to read your Audiogram

Please take a look at the example diagram above. The blue line is your left ear. The red line is your right ear. Along the top of the graph you will see numbers ranging from 250 to 8000. These numbers are the ‘frequency in hertz’. On the left side of the graph you will see ‘hearing threshold in db’. Using the example audiogram for 250 frequency in hertz find the ‘X’ on the blue line (left ear) by reading down from the top of the graph locating the ‘X’ for the 250hz frequency. Once located draw a line to the left and note the hearing threshold in db number. In this example it’s 25bd. Please type that number in the box labeled ’250hz’ of the ‘Left Ear’. Following the above example please fill in the numbers below. If you have questions please call us on our toll free number.
